Trinity Life Church Leicester ex Director Northamptonshire PCC Adam Simmonds 'deliberating caution' over alleged data leak

Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops. (Luke 12:2-3)

Those who have been following my posts about Adam Simmonds will know that there have been many concerns about his involvement with Trinity Life Church in Leicester. Simmonds influence upon the leadership decisions of TLC may have brought them material prosperity, but from a spiritual point of view, their involvement with him has been disastrous (1 Timothy 6:10; Matthew 6:24). As usual TLC remain tight lipped about Simmonds who was a Director and Trustee of the church for a number of years, positions that he no longer holds apparently!

"A police and crime commissioner is considering whether to accept a caution or face prosecution over allegations of misconduct, the BBC understands.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) passed the findings of an inquiry into Northamptonshire PCC Adam Simmonds to prosecutors.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is awaiting his response before making its decision public.
Conservative PCC Mr Simmonds declined to comment.
His spokesman said: "Adam will not be commenting at this time regarding any story around the IPCC investigation."
The IPCC investigated claims Mr Simmonds breached the Data Protection Act by allegedly disclosing "sensitive" information relating to a criminal investigation to third parties in 2013 and committed an offence of misconduct in public office.
A spokesman for the police watchdog said: "The investigation is complete and a file was provided to the Crown Prosecution Service.
"The CPS has now given its decision which has been communicated to Mr Simmonds."
A CPS spokesman revealed to the BBC it had written to Mr Simmonds and was awaiting his response.
If Mr Simmonds declines a caution, he could face a trial.
The matter was referred to the IPCC by the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Panel.
Mr Simmonds is not standing for re-election in the forthcoming PCC elections."
