My complaint against Adam Simmonds, PCC for Northamptonshire will be considered by the Northamptonshire Police & Crime Panel's Sub Committee on Friday the 23rd of May. The Police & Crime Panel is a joint committee of each of the councils in Northamptonshire set up by legislation to scrutinise the PCC. One of its statutory functions is to deal with complaints about his conduct.
Simmonds was responsible for removing two of my posts on Blogger on the 16th of February. Well at long last, today the 9th of May 2014, the report from Chilling Effects has been made available.

I shall certainly be commenting on this in detail, but in a separate post as it will be quite lengthy. In the meantime I have sent a DMCA counter notification to Chilling Effects and also a Freedom of Information request to Google Inc. as I wish to know whether Simmonds used his position as PCC for Northamptonshire in order to have my posts illegally removed.
My posts were a critique of Trinity Life Church (TLC) in Leicester and their questionable values as they relate to Biblical Christianity. The posts exposed multiple examples which are at variance with the scriptures e.g. the prohibition put upon preaching the gospel at TLC's Charity Open Hands, Big Lottery Funding, gambling, David Hind's validation and support of proven false prophet and self-confessed necromancer Benny Hinn, TLC'S theocratic leadership style, nepotism and music style etc. They also included some valuable comments from others who were voicing similar concerns. In fact the list has continued to grow since March when those posts were published and now include TLC's participation in ecumenism, namely Leicester@theCross and David Hind's involvement with ecumenical Churches Together in Leicester.
TLC did not act in accordance with the scriptures and defend themselves openly (2 Corinthians 12/11), but instead Simmonds, who is Director and Trustee of TLC, took it upon himself to have my posts removed in a most underhand way. In so doing he suppressed (or attempted to suppress) the TRUTH i.e. the biblical warnings so desperately needed by those who are involved with TLC. I am convinced that Simmonds did not take this action independently, but rather after consultations with the leadership of TLC and with their full endorsement. Did Simmonds go beyond his remit? Yes I believe that he did, and hopefully the Complaints Sub Committee will come down on the right side.

Simmonds is also the subject of a criminal complaint made to the IPCC for Misconduct in public office by Justin Brown. This free school application has been developed without any meaningful consultation, lack of transparency and the main partner Adam Simmonds is currently subject to a serious complaint of misconduct in public office."
When Justin Brown questioned Adam Simmonds about his relationship with the School, he stated that he was “independent” of the School. Read the attached PDF files and judge for yourselves. Also why is Simmonds using public money to support private limited companies such as the founding of the School? The closure of Simmonds' personal website that contained the statement “Early on in my first term I created the Northampton Free School Trust” is also highly suspicious.

Let us all hope and pray that the net is tightening and that Adam Simmonds will be removed from public office in the not too distant future.
